    With multiple national patents and humanized designs, we improve overall performance, applicability, reliability and operating convenience of top drive dramatically. The main characteristics of patented technologies are as follows:

    1. Sectional single-pin lock-tongue guide beam
    The guide rail is equipped with single-pin lock-tongue structure, i.e. it is required only to insert a pin shaft upon installation and swing guide rail backwards after lifting; thus automatic closing of guide rail can be realized.

    2. Guide beam no pin bearing torque overall
    During installation, no need to mount pins and just hang carriage to the hook and lift the hook to connect guide beam to hang-off link; lower the hook then the installation of guide beam is done, which improves the reliability of guide beam.

    3. Dual loading structure
    A special structure is designed to establish dual-load channel; main shaft does not bear impact force during tripping or using jam to release stuck; all of those improve service lives of main shaft and its thrust bearing greatly.

    4. Back-up tong and torque arrestor
    Double-clip type back-up tong and single-arm beam structure are fixed on gear box; back-up tong has moderate clamp force and does not rotate along with rotating link adapter, which decreases number of oil passages in rotating link adapter, increases number of internal oil seals and improves the reliability of rotating head.

    5. Dedicated motor of top drive
    The adopted heavy-duty AC variable frequency motor is featured by strong torque and zero-speed overload capacity; there is disc brake structure at the extension end of motor upper shaft, which has strong brake torque.
